We offer special activities and events for Teens, and grown-ups, dedicated toddlers area with Trampoline Fitness classes. Have the place to yourself and our staff will be on their toes to serve while you play or host an off-site meeting.

We conduct Skyfit classes for children & adults that can burn good number calories in an hour. Trampoline workout gives low impact- exercise and strengthen the abdomen and back muscles, engaging every muscle in the body. What more, bouncing is easy on joints as impacts are absorbed by trampoline springs. Our exercises include dynamic warm-up/stretching, squat jumps, straight jump, tuck jump, jumping jacks, crunches, burpees, planks, more high knees, and ball tosses, etc.
